AMS / EXPERTISE

Trace each element to its evidence.

Build a release-specific technical record that distinguishes support from assumptions.

What the scope can include

  • Claim-element breakdown
  • Specification references and relevant excerpts
  • Mapping gaps and evidence recommendations
Scoped claim-chart project

Deliverables, availability, fees and timing are agreed in a proposal before work begins. An initial enquiry does not create an engagement or an NDA.

The decision this supports

Give attorneys and engineers a traceable basis for investigating a proposed mapping.

What to prepare

  • An agreed claim set, patent publication and review objective.
  • Target specifications and versions, or an agreed scope for selecting them.

What you receive

The following is a proposed scope, confirmed in writing before engagement.

  • A row for each in-scope claim element, linked to source references and review reasoning.
  • Explicit treatment of conditions, optional features and gaps; no blank cell presented as support.
  • An executive summary and evidence register for technical follow-up.

Proposed handover: an editable spreadsheet chart and PDF summary, with source versions recorded.

Where the scope stops

Product implementation evidence, legal opinions and unlimited release comparisons are separate scopes. A chart does not itself establish essentiality.

Review and handover

Agree the source set and acceptance criteria first. The handover should identify assumptions and unresolved points, and distinguish findings from recommendations. Any revisions, walkthrough or follow-on work are specified in the proposal.
